• Job Details:• Responsible for exterior and interior designs, coordinating with our consultants and feeding the implementation with all workshop drawings. • Reviewing the various designs and drawings provided by the consultant offices such as master plans, Arc. & Str. designs, infrastructure design, ect… • Assuring that all the requirements of the owner are applied before delivering it to the government organizations, for obtaining licenses. • Preparing the needed designs and workshop drawings. • Putting and monitoring the schedules for the site work. • Preparing the bill of quantities, the contracts for the consultants and the contractors and the other bid documents. • Studying the financial and technical offers presented by the suppliers and the contractors. • Approving the materials provided by the suppliers. • Reviewing the invoices and the financial dues for the consultant offices. • Providing the fully technical support for the implementation management. • Repairing the errors done by the implementation management, through studying new solutions in design if possible. • Cost controlling for the materials and manpower consumed by the implementation management. • Handling technical coordination with the clients, preparing their modifications and monitoring its execution in site. • Adjusting the documentation cycle, letters, the periodic and the non periodic reports.
