Senior Electrical Estimator and Cost planner EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:•Conduct RFQ’s and purchase orders for Sarai complex Entrance and tag sultan projects required materials with the vendors and suppliers, led to reduction in allocated budget by 10%. •Evaluating suppliers and subcontractor’s technical & financial offers, then development of comparison sheets and Cost sheets for Taj city complex electrical works. • Perform breakdown and cost estimate for all electrical items. Review materials and equipment submitted to ensure their compliance with the specifications and design requirements. •Participating in Kick Off Meetings of the projects and handing the contract documents over to the project manager and execution team. •Set the mobilization plan necessary for all electrical related works prior to execution. •Manage the whole technical team Schedule and organization, the related costs and monitor the workload. •Identify the potential suppliers list for the provided solutions. Proactively recommends solar system for tag sultan project street lighting system, perform analysis and comparison between traditional and renewable proposals technically and financially, achieved optimal energy saving solution. • Ensure Project revenue status are matching for both IN and OUT.

• Job Details:•Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all Electrical related works at site as per approved drawings, methods, and safety rules. •Completed Tag sultan Landscape and fences Shop drawings and RFI’s, saving 20% in process time. •Delegate tasks and influenced the technical team and stakeholders involved on tag sultan project in low voltage works execution. •Carried out MIR’s, MAR’s and Invoices for tag sultan project street lighting and landscape. •Prepare and conduct factory acceptance tests (FAT) with the owner representative.
