• Job Details:• Supervising Installation and configuration of IP networks. • Supervising Technical Support Call Center and training agents for technical customer support. • Handling TEData admin portal tasks and requests including all actions that are done on customers’ accounts • Supervising and handling mail communication with partners department of TEData and following up with all kinds of portal and subscription problems with the partners team. • Reviewing and revising TEData Billing invoices issued on monthly basis. Supervising data entry of comments on invoices. Dealing with the billing account manager for approval and application of the invoice concession. • Managing Technical support system, supervising engineers and technicians performing work orders and confirming technical solutions. • Planning and installing Security and CCTV systems, T&A systems for medium industries, Preparing Technical proposals for network infrastructure projects and administration of database, firewall and mail servers. • Planning and developing of management system and with TEData CRM and Partners Portal. • Developing workflow processes and designing solution modules that handle different tasks to complete the workflow cycle.
