• Job Details:• Manage new product and packaging developments and handle new launches process for NPDs. • Develop promotional strategies and execute activities for brand awareness and profitability. • Conduct marketing research projects (Product Testing, Pack Testing, Market Understanding… etc.). • Identify opportunities and provide innovative ideas to support the brand and increase market share. • Plan and execute communication and consumer engaging activities through BTL and ATL Marketing activities in compliance with the agencies. • Manage cross-functional teams to execute projects within assigned timelines and budgets for NPD projects and promotions preparation. • Follow-up daily with trade marketing and sales teams for sales outcome, competition activities. • Develop brand visibility though preparing POSM for both for modern trade and national market. • Responsible for delegating tasks as well as supporting and supervising the team to ensure the implementation of the marketing plan. • Develop company’s product GP with sales and finance team by developing costing strategy and GP to adapt with market changes. • Communicate internally with sales, finance, production, supply chain, R&D and quality to ensure the flow of the projects. • Communicate externally with BTL and ATL agencies for brand activities along with F&B companies for promotions deals. • Plan and monitor budget of all marketing strategies and tactics involved in hitting the projected results.
