Handle the recruitment process: • Search for recruitment resources, and communicate with recruitment agencies. • Establish, maintain and update a recruitment database and hard files for applications and resumes relevant to future vacancies and allocate the related pool of applicants for the different job vacancies. • Arrange interview appointments with candidates and interview panels. Coordinate and administer tests for potential applicants when needed. • Initiate HR interviews. • Type and mail regret letters\e-mails to all applicants who have been previously contacted for interviews or screening tests. • Issue and send job offers for accepted candidates. • Preparing staff handbooks.
