Learning and Development • Enhance Talents and capabilities of Cairo CPS associates through effective coordination and quality implementation of the development plan • Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness. • Manage Training Budget. • Ensure 100% completion of annual mandatory training in collaboration with ESLP and Food Safety Managers/Coordinators. • Assess training needs through the manual meeting for designing an annual development plan as well as constant dialogue with employees, service providers and managers. • Ongoing follow up on completion of personal development plans and record retention. • Offer and suggest alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen. • Select and assign instructors to conduct training through the various training providers. • Initiate payments and open new vendors for providers. • Maintain and update detailed statistics in training accomplishment. • Follow up on training evaluation with and document progress after completion of training. • Prepare relevant reports for annual numerous audits in terms of documentation and training record provisions. Other HR General activities • Ensuring employees satisfaction for both Permanent and Temp associates through effective coordination of inquiries and requests concerning (Medical insurance, HR letters (for Temps), Training requests, Contracts renewals…etc.) • Ensuring Compliance with company policies and procedures through increasing efficiency in implementing work routines • Maintain Annual Leaves records and balance for all CPS associates. • Measure Work Life Balance performance for the organization to enable target achievement. • Update and submit the HR Metrics, Weekly routines, FTE, monthly reports and charts. Manage Outsourcing Firm • Follow up for a speedy implementation of recommendations including issuance of new contracts, paying associates on time, accommodating personnel requests, inclusion of OT hours/payments on monthly basis...etc. • Follow up on issues related to the supplier guiding principles.
