• Job Details:Initiate and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan. Review the headcount monthly movements and ensure it is reflected in the payroll to make sure of payroll accuracy (New hires, resignations, transfers, salary changes... etc.) Create and update employee handbook, new policies and procedures manual to ensure all employees are familiar with the internal bylaws. Conduct training needs analysis and designs and implement a training plan with input from business heads. Ensure all staff receives appraisals in accordance with company policy and monitor probationary periods. Ensure all Job Descriptions are kept up to date; create new JDs as and when necessary Review all staff salaries and make recommendations for pay rises in consultation with dept. heads. Ensure payroll is completed accurately and to deadline. Implement any increases and promotions.

• Job Details:Responsible for the sales of “Zoladex” (used for the treatment of prostate cancer, breast cancer and certain benign gynaecological disorders) for the area of Dokki and El-Mohandeseen Conducted regular visits to clinics and hospitals in the area to present the company’s drug to prescribing doctors and medical personnel.
