- Job Details:Recruitment Receive recruitment request from all departments, evaluate sources for potential calibers Writes job advertisements and decide how and where jobs will be advertised Screens CVs , short-listing candidates, preparing interview schedule and conduct panel interview along with direct managers Prepare job offers & contracts for new employees Preparing/ updating job descriptions and updating organization structure Update the recruitment database regularly. Prepare and send the welcoming e-mails for the new hired employees. Personal Maintains personnel files for all employees according to company's policy Process paper work for new employees and add employees information into the payroll sheet Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion Prepare passing letters for all employees in case of travelling to sites Issuing all HR letters for bank, embassy, governmental offices for all employees Receive vacation requests & get the approval Prepare monthly attendance sheets Prepare monthly report for employees annual vacations Issue ID's for new employees ( Technicians & Engineers ) and register their bank accounts application Maintain all uniform status in all sites Training & performance Training Conducting orientation for new employees Preparing training schedule (on the job training ) for new employees Follow up evaluation for new employees during the probation period Gather data about the required courses and prepare a training plan Get financial approval for the training plan Follow up with employees and managers to evaluate the training program Performance Monitoring performance appraisal process for all employees Preparing all forms used in performance appraisal process Supporting managers through the hole process Receiving completed appraisals forms for all employees and filling them in the employees folders Preparing annual salary increase sheets for all employees and enter all updated information to the payroll sheets Office management: Organize all of administration activities that facilities the smooth running of office Make sure that office equipment is maintained Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs Maintaining all employees emails and signatures Handling all upper management's travelling documents.
