• Job Details:- Provide contractual technical service, assist customers with problem solving support regarding WTT applications/solutions in an assigned customer accounts. - Ensure implementation of the WTT Service Standards at all client sites. - Responsibal for purchasing all the required supplies for the WTT units in terms of quality, cost & delivery time. - Plans and carries out service responsibilities within assigned customers. - Visit customer facilities and implements practical application of products. - Discusses and advise clients regarding results obtained from sampling. - Establishes and meets customer needs when adjusting the treatment program as well as ensuring the satisfactory performance of the plant. - Prepare reports detailing technical problems and solutions to initiate necessary corrective product modifications and/or recommended process changes.
