• Job Details:* Edit received figures/photos using Illustrator, Photoshop and Chemdraw in order to match Hindawi’s in-house style. * Redraw the figures which are not editable using illustrator and Chemdraw to apply Hindawi’s in-house style. * Produce and revise the final layout for each figure (Figtest) to combine all figures in one file. * Prepare Cover that contains Graphics comments to be sent to author to approve and/or add comments if any. * Upload the finalized figures on the Content Production System (CPS) to be revised by Graphics Quality Assurance team to add their corrections if any. * Add corrections of Graphics Quality Assurance, Copy-editing and/or Finalization teams in order to finalize the paper.

• Job Details:* Responding customer's inquiries and receiving complaints by phone call or face to face. * Handling angry customers and finding suitable solution. * Providing information about new courses and offers. * Organizing customers' attendance and supervising their examination. * Fund courses fees and educational materials. * Updating customers' database.
