  • Job Details:1. Coordinate between logistics , warehouse , sales persons and site engineers to deliver the equipment to Sites. 2. Update remaining Projects equipment. 3. Receive new in hand projects “PASO” and technical offer from sales team, calculate the dry cost for the required equipment. 4. Send reservation Purchase Order to LG for the required equipment. 5. Prepare monthly forecasting sheet for needed equipment’s from LG. 6. Coordinate between the vendor “LG” and our company to supply and deliver the requirements. 7. Collect clients remaining amounts and forecasting amounts data from accounting team and sales team. 8. Prepare cashflow report for the required orders to be confirmed from the top management. 9. Track & collect collection data from sales team and accounting to be compared and reported to Sales team leader in weekly and monthly reports. 10. Follow up the Letters of credit “LC” for status. 11. Prepare weekly and monthly equipment forecasting sheets. 12. Follow up the minimum limit of inventory. 13. Reasonable for enhancing the operation process.
