• Job Details:Responsible for food safety, monitoring quality concepts, food safety, HACCP system, GMP. Preparing daily production reports, monitoring and reviewing daily deviations from product specifications, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Handling sensory evaluations and tests on both in-house and competitor products to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous product enhancement. Leading and managing the sensory evaluation team, overseeing product assessments and collaborating with various departments to drive product quality and innovation. Ensuring accuracy of product manufacturing ratios, steps, and rework ratio by following product specifications, including color, texture, hardness, and taste. Monitoring operations and approving production processes by confirming specifications and conducting visual and measurement quality tests. Following up on manufacturing stages to ensure they meet all standard parameters and finished goods specifications. Ensuring packaging quality, clear visibility of the expiry date, and no defects in printing or packaging. Approving each production stage and granting batch approval after confirming conformity to technical specifications to proceed with remaining stages.

Analysis Specialist Supervisor

• Job Details:Supervising the branch he is responsible for. Responsible for drawing blood samples and handing them over to the representative. Responsible for the workers and everything related to them in terms of appointments and delivery of work. Responsible for medical supplies in the laboratory.
