• Job Details: Recording and update financial records and ensure accuracy and timeliness.  Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.  Preparing general ledger entries by maintaining records and files.  Reviewing and process expense reports.  Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (income statements, balance sheets).  Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.  Preparing and submit tax filings such as VAT, sales tax, and corporate tax returns.  Support audits and tax-related inquiries.  Oversee the preparation and distribution of employee payroll.  Ensure compliance with payroll laws and manage employee deductions, benefits, and tax calculations.  Process payments to vendors and ensure timely collection from clients.  Reconciling discrepancies between invoices and payment records.  Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are current.  Assist in the development and maintenance of accounting systems and procedures.  Collaborate with other teams to ensure a consistent brand message and effective marketing efforts.

• Job Details:• Treasury daily transactions & preparing bank statements. • Preparing monthly reports (Cost & Revenue) • Follow up with the vendors & clients to send and collect the payment. • Documents financial transactions by entering account information. • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports. • Maintains financial security by following internal controls. • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. • Maintains operations protected by keeping financial information confidential.
