April 2013 till now • work as Social Media Specialist: - Manage Hao123 Egypt Best Images, Best Movies and Best Games Facebook Fan pages. - Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, Events) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. - Help the users to solve the problems with the products & to be core users. - Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information. - Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules. - Collaborate with other departments (pm, marketing, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions. - Manage Facebook ads for Hao123 Egypt Facebook Pages & for Events. - Organic promotion for Baidu new applications & features. - Gather users’ feedback about Hao123 product through facebook and directly call by phone.
