As required undertake specific projects under the direction of CEO 2. Ensure preparation of requisite HR related reports. 3. Undertake bench-mark studies to ensure that the employees terms and conditions are in line with / better than market practices. 4. Implement the performance appraisal system in the company. Recommend changes / improvements in the process. Assist in training of line managers in its use. Analyze results on completion of the process and organize structured feedback.
