 Responsible for handling and resolving all issues within the Supply Chain department and Change Management department.
 Taking minutes and directing the meetings accordingly to subjects. Distributing the minutes and following up with the department heads to prepare for the next meeting.
 Develop and maintain a database for all employees of both departments; appraisals, official leaves, bonuses, salaries..etc, as required, ensuring provision of an up-to-date and relevant service.
 Undertake appropriate projects when required by members of the Executive Team and Management Team.
 Take appropriate action in the absence and on behalf of the Executive Team and Heads of service across the department to ensure that work is done by appropriate staff in the required timescales.
 Make sure that both Managers meet with the deadlines.
 Co-ordinate travel arrangements for Chiefs and employees within the departments as well as all kind of transportation arrangements.
 Handling all personal expenses to both Expat Chiefs.
 Exercise discretion and judgment whilst receiving telephone enquiries, email, questions and complaints over the whole spectrum of the Department’s business from the staff, agencies and organizations.
 Responsible for day to day financial decisions and expenses settlement as well as Petty Cash in both departments
 Organizing events for both departments
Change Management (Heicore SAP ):
 Set up the necessary processes and procedures for training administration
 Manage course invitations, bookings, joining instructors, training record updates and general queries on training course attendance;
 Set up and maintain training facilities
 Book and manage designated training rooms
 Selection of the supplier for training materials and ensure enough copies are available for training courses
 Collect feedback and complaints following the delivery of training courses from all 5 plants and 10 warehouses and the HQ.
 Convey training schedule and reminders to End-Users, BPOs and Functional Leads.
 Booking hotels and flights for all BPO’s and Super-Users as well as arranging all kind of transportation to the training locations for the “Heicore” team and for the logistics
 Translating and interpreting when needed.
 Creating Purchase Requisitionner on SAP (System Analysis and Program Development ) for both Departments “ Supply Chain and Heicore”
 Assisting Pharaohs Change Manager in writing Pharahos Bi-Weekly Newsletter, Pharaohs Monthly Flyer, Interview’s with BPO’s , etc..
