I Have the chance to work in many different fields of work ( Medical Promotion , ‎Marketing , Training , Administration , Monitoring & Evaluations) and at different ‎Organization (Pharmaceuticals companies ,Construction companies , Engineering ‎companies , Non Profitable Organizations ) . Also I have learned to convert any ‎weakness and any challenges to strengths and opportunity .During my 20 years of ‎practical experience in many different companies with different activities, plus my ‎academic studies and the ability to lead my company to achieve its goals and ‎improve the whole company performance and reform and develop new, innovate ‎and highly professional HR & PR department able to face any problem and ‎overcomes different challenges plus the invest in human. I have accomplishment ‎many consultancies in designing Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual, ‎updating the Salary Structure, developing compensation scheme, developing ‎different types of plans (staff training plan, HR
