 Manage & support HR daily activities to ensure compliance with standards – this includes, but not limited to, keeping personnel files, attendance & leave management, monitor the preparation of HR reports, managing the adherence and improvement of policies, all in accordance with the Egyptian local labor law and business objectives.
 Develop, set and execute the annual manpower and recruitment plan in line with company’s HR resource requirements in order to achieve business goals.
 Responsible for the recruiting and hiring process up to senior management level, including sourcing, interviewing, selecting qualified candidates meeting the position requirements, negotiating employment offers, and orienting new joiners.
 Initiate, sustain and boost relations with employment agencies, universities and other sources of high calibers, and maintain recruitment pipelines ready for future needs.
 Manage the administration of the Performance Management system, and supervise the effective implementation and administration of reward system to encourage a performance driven culture.
 Coordinate departmental training needs to create TNA and training plan, as well as provide support, advice and give professional assistance to line management with respect to their employees’ individual training and development plans.
 Participate in identifying third party training providers, training courses or implement customized trainings, if required, that offer optimum usefulness to the nominated employees and improve organization effectiveness and capabilities across the workforce and meet the business challenges.
 Prepare and recommend the HR budget and ensure all activities are covered and carried out in accordance with the approved budget.
