• Job Details:1-Placing purchase orders and receiving order acknowledgments in a timely manner 2-Daily follow up on open orders with a portfolio of over 40 foreign and local suppliers 3-Managing stock levels and consuming excess and obsolete stocks 4-Forecasting future orders to overcome shortages during peaks 5-Updating safety stocks and parameters for MTS products 6-Solving quality assurance issues with suppliers and ensuring replacement of faulty products in a duly manner 7-Managing mode of shipments to ensure timely arrival of shortages in stock while avoiding excess charges. 8-Finding replacements to overcome shortages in stock9- 9-Working closely with design, purchasing and production teams to solve material issues to ensure smooth production 10-Responsible for product standardization in order to increase process efficiency and decrease costs 11-Providing suppliers with annual supply forecasts 12-Also responsible for site replacements for customer complaints which should be delivered in a very tight time schedule (Few hours in case of site shut downs)

Master Data Specialist Full Time

• Job Details:1-Investigating system master data issues and solving them in a timely manner 2-Analysing master data issues to find root causes and taking necessary corrective action for prevention of future occurrence. 3-Weekly analysis of all master data using SAP reports in order to ensure accurate data as well as updating and removal of any unnecessary and outdated data 4-Creation of new references and orders on SAP and applying their master data parameters 5-Guiding the design team regarding SAP issues

Research TraineeInternship

• Job Details:1) Automated vision systems for online quality control 2) Comparing images taken periodically from the production line using a mobile robot and comparing them with a predefined template. 3) Used Vision assistant for Image matching using different methods for part recognition such as geometric matching, pattern matching edge detection etc. 4) Sequencing and relation between the matching algorithms required extensive Lab view programming.
