• Job Details:• Controls all phases of assigned projects including all administrative functions such as finance, NPI as well as NPA process and the installation of equipment. • Qualify/validate new machine purchases and review all layout drawings. • Participates in the troubleshooting, modification and repair of existing manufacturing equipment in order to improve methods and equipment operation to reduce costs and improve quality. • Provides technical support and assistance to maintenance personnel, production supervision and operators by creating workmanship standard to facilitate the process for operators. • Collects, calculates, and analyzes data in support of production activities and prepares reports on findings, making recommendations to Engineering and Production Management. • Ensures implementation of manufacturing procedures according to company safety and regulatory standards. • Implements preventative maintenance programs. • Conducts formal and informal meetings to recommend and monitor proposals / projects. • Conduct cost reduction activities for product by decreasing material used costs by 40%. • Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status. • Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field. • Carry on VA/VE vale analysis/vale engineering activities interpreting customer demands and assuring best results obtained. • Establishing field test methods for monitoring the defects lowering defect ratio to 0%. • Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications scaling down customer concerns by 95%

Light Current EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Analyzing of security and Low current systems (Access Control, CCTV, intruder Alarm, Fire Alarm). • Interface with customers and perform analysis of business challenges, blueprint and accomplishes product presentations. • Collaborate with project teams & managers to have a successful implementation of the project with minimum cost outreach. • Write the proposal / Statement of Work for the customer lifting sales to 50% • Verifying & confirming BOQ, Prelims & other expenses in advance to avoid unwarranted costs managing 1M Egyptian pounds budget • Present the work flow processes in collaboration with the customer to gain commitment to the engagement - collaborate with the suppliers and take best delivery periods Reduced customer complaints to 0% • Remain updated with relevant technology developments through ongoing personal development.
