• Job Details:Provide professional accounting, auditing, and VAT/corporate tax services to various clients. Prepare quarterly VAT filings and claim VAT refunds from the Federal Tax Authority (FTA). Conduct VAT amendments as required by clients. VAT registration/corporate tax registration. Specialize in using Oracle, QuickBooks, and Al-Amin accounting software for accounting and financial management. Audit monthly financial and income statements for clients. Finalize monthly closing entries and prepare financial statements. Manage client payroll processing on a monthly basis. Prepare bank reconciliation statements and reconcile client party ledgers. Monitor and reconciliation accounts receivable and payable ledgers, ensuring timely follow-ups and payment processing. Reconcile accounts payable and proceed for payments. Reconcile accounts receivable and follow up for receipts. Fixed asset management, including depreciation and amortization of prepaid items such as visas, insurance, and rent. Manage petty cash and handle various ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned by senior management.
