• Job Details:Maintaining the quality gold standards in all stores in Egypt with monitoring the best practice handling  Dashboard Quality Performance monitoring to all stores.  Ensuring that all suppliers comply with McDonald’s specs Food/nonfood product and follow up the product bymaking a sensory evaluation test daily in different stores.  Training the newcomers of Operation team on Quality best practices.  Training sessions to all suppliers with different objectives.  Monthly meetings with all suppliers for maintaining the continuous improvement of all SKU’S  Complaints handling between Stores, Suppliers & Customers.  Working on renovations, Cost savings for the current products.  Coordinate with The learning and development team on training people for any new product  Coordinate with marketing team for the new products regarding to the technical part.  Controlling of MERLIN,SIM, Quality systems.  Communicate with the global team for the new initiatives.
