• Job Details:Reviewing and recording entries in the journal ledger. Follow up on supplier accounts and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Verify and process supplier invoices to ensure timely collection and proper documentation. Review and apply tax deductions in compliance with applicable regulations. Handle and reconcile credit and debit notes, including addition and deduction notifications. Communicate with suppliers regarding outstanding balances, discrepancies, and payment schedules. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve invoice or payment-related issues. Ensure that all supplier-related entries are accurately recorded in the accounting system. Prepare regular reports on supplier balances, aging reports, and payment status.
