• Job Details:Deploy manufacturing excellence system across 3 factories (12 pillars & 6 focus areas) while assuring compliance with standards through auditing performance control system. - Support product supply financial analysis (CAPEX, Budget & ITQAN Saving); update monthly plants cost by cost center by Area, analyze cost elements (Overtime, casual labor, …. etc.) trends to identify the root cause(s) of any deviation. ACCOUNTABILITIES : 1- Manufacturing Excellence Scope of Responsibilities: • Support SC Daily direction setting meeting & Monitor the day-to-day operations of the factories to ensure that work processes & DMSs are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures . • Develop and support data capture and data management processes for core systems (KPI’s Dashboard) • Support All Stakeholders by developing their pillars Performance • Leading Loss Elimination Pillar ( Provide the organization with needed LE tools - Define and monitor the Non-Value added expenses/process – Breaks problems or processes into component parts to help identify a range of solutions using lean methodologies – Support the waste elimination projects with the relevant area owners in order to eliminate losses and monitor the cost saving projects' implementation with monthly reporting to ensure target is fully achieved – Reporting FI Projects progress and outcome triggered by PS Loss tree) • Co-Leading in E&T Pillar through standardize Skill Matrix covering organization Maturity gaps / technical skills gaps & Developing training plan adherence. • Co-Leading in Leadership Pillar through (Contributing in setting CBN – Updating Plant BP Targets GP that match Business ZLJ – Updating PCS & tracking PCS Adherence – Focusing on SME (Manufacturing Excellence ) Implementation – Standardize DDS & RTT DMSs through All Plants implementation as per standard ) • Develop FY Pillars Master Plan & Targets With Pillar Leaders • Support in PDCA, DMAIC , UPS (UNIFIED PROPLEM SOLVING TOOLS ) training sessions • Leading the internal audits 2- Budgets & Controlling P&L • Lead Process of Preparation Supply Chain budget & monitor financial performance versus the budget. • Define and monitor the non - value added expenses within the Supply Chain P&L Variable cost in order to eliminate losses, through analysing the conversion cost variable accounts in (DL , MOH) • Leading Initiatives to control Cost per ton to manage P&L versus forecast fluctuations • Tracking and Monitoring the actual vs. the approved budget and report it on monthly basis. • Highlighting the opportunities for further improvement. • Monitor ITQAN saving Project and report on Monthly basis

Continues Improvement EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Develop and implement new processes required to improve existing products , ( labs’ improvements project). • Work closely with other shift team leaders and shift team members to ensure consistent performance and standardization in practices across the shifts. • Responsible of the Daily management system implementation for the plant. • Lead and facilitate process improvement-based workshops to drive ideas and solutions. • Leading the IDEA GENERATION Program over the plant - Coach & Assign projects to others and monitor progress, summarize results. • Collaborate with other functions i.e., SHEQ, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and P&L to ensure consistent product quality, safety, productivity, and reliability. • Responsible to organize a portfolio of projects designated by the leadership team, estimate benefits, and explain risks, prioritize based on business needs, and successfully return benefit to the company. • Promote and drive HPS, problem solving with 5 Whys, root cause analysis and continuous improvement culture within the team. • control of material consumption variance deviation control • Conducting a workload analysis for the filling area for the permeant and casual workers.
