• Job Details:*Reviewing the tender documents (Bill of Quantities, specifications, design drawings..etc.). *Establishing & maintaining a line of communication with the consultant & the client, sending a comprehensive set of clarifications to validate the documents provided to eliminate any discrepancies between said documents if any. *Contacting vendors for financial & technical offers, evaluating the provided offers from a technical point of view to ensure compliance with the project’s requirements & negotiating a favorable price during the tender phase to ensure an overall competitive selling price for the project. *Preparing a full technical & financial package that includes a summary of financial estimates, exclusions list and a comprehensive technical offer
