• Job Details:• Ensuring the flow of Customer orders with coordination between Production and planning • Maintains accurate records for all shipments and prepare all required reports. • Responsible of Day-to-day management of the logistics function, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely management of all transportation modes, using approved vendors for Imports and Exports • Responsible of preparing all required shipment documents for customs requirements. • Contact lead point to buyers in all shipment inquires (delivery dates, shipment documents and optimizing client success) • Developing long term plans for warehousing and distribution facilities in order to meet future business needs. • Developing and implementing supply chain strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. • Make sure of Shipments compliance with Freight Forwarders on agreed terms.
