Mechanical Design Engineer- MEPFull Time

• Job Details:Follow up all MEP works and be sure that it is working up to SOPs. 2. Follow up physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, solar energy system and electrical systems in accordance with standard operating procedures. 3. Maintains property life safety systems (e.g., firefighting equipment, sprinkler systems, and alarm systems). 4. Monitor day-to-day work progress, prepare the weekly and monthly program, and report to reflect work progress summary. 5. Report to the chief engineer about the current work progress, make comparison between plan and actual progress, and study impact of alternative approaches to work. 6. Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and the mall’s procedures in regards to the guest contact. 7. ensuring the work requests in the Housekeeping/Engineering log book are actioned promptly, either by own action or referring work to other engineering team members appropriately. 8. Ensure the production and supply of energy at all times. 9. Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications. 10. Follow up technicians check lists of all equipment like pumps, chillers, AHUs, FCUs and generators. 11. Undertake any preventative maintenance tasks allocated under the preventative maintenance schedule. 12. Follow up all civil works, gypsum board, paintings, carpentry and metal works. 13. Carry out any tasks of a reasonable nature that are within the maintenance engineer’s capabilities. 14. Attending to maintenance request from all departments in a timely manner, prioritizing work as outlined in department policy. 15. Perform any other duties as required by the chief engineer or the operation manager

• Job Details:Plan and organize maintenance services and utilities. - Supervise technical team, evaluating maintenance processes. - - Maintenance services include mounting special bearings, rotor E alignment, rotor balancing and vibration analysis. - Provide technical reports on troubleshooting processes. - Provide technical specifications for tenders.
