- Job Details:The Electroplating department responsibility is plating Metal Handles made of Zinc alloy 5 by Copper-Nickel-Chrome Plating. My main responsibility is production, improvement and troubleshooting of the production line to produce these metal parts with very few defects to zero defects, among other responsibilities which are: =Monitoring and control the metal parts quality comes from Polishing & Buffing department =Lab such as testing the concentrations of baths, doing Hull cells, pH related to the pretreatment and plating baths =Supervise 6 workers in the department to fulfill production requirements

Achievements
Managed to solve a permanent defect while working as a Production Engineer in Electroplating, with an idea no one has came up with it before which is hanging the metal part to be plated 45 degree downwards instead of upwards. This idea gave a fully deposition of metal in the inside of the metal plated part which increased its physical properties
