• Job Details:Rotated in six Consumer Sales Departments: - Direct Distribution: Started rotation with field visits to merchants to build a good understanding of the distribution market (Lines & Recharge Cards), then was given reporting & operation tasks to have a wide and complete understanding of this department. - Sales Operations (Reporting): Sales reporting rotation; understood the roles of sales reporting, market share and operations reporting. - Terminals: Retail Management regarding sales and reporting of different products offered in Vodafone stores. - Sales Operations (Budgeting): Role of budgeting in sales and it can affect the target achievement or over achievement. - Vodafone Cash: Vodafone Cash Base Management. Customer Care: Had an overview of the different departments under the umbrella of customer care.
