QHSE DirectorFull Time

• Job Details:• Enforce compliance of operations with safety rules, procedures, policies, governmental and OTIS Global Standard regulations. • Confers and cooperates with management personnel in formulating administrative and operational policies and procedures. • Directs and coordinates, through subordinate managerial personnel, activities of operations department to obtain use of equipment, facilities, and personnel. • Reviews and analyzes expenditure, financial, and operations reports to determine requirements for increasing safety. • Prepares recommendations on findings for management evaluation. • Recommends capital expenditures for acquisition of new equipment that would increase efficiency and safety of operations. • Approves requisitions for equipment, materials, and supplies within limits of operations department budget. • Establishes and implements short- and long-term organizational goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness • Develop departmental strategy and vision to ensure adherence with customer expectations. • Direct quality department operations and provide education and train staff on quality aspects. • Communicate Global quality PUI within the organization and ensure proper implementation. • Responsible for maintaining the QHSEMS across the organization • Performing internal audits on all departments to guarantee high level of compliance with Global Standards.

QHSE ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Establishing procedures for all company departments • The preparation of the company’s QA manual and supervision of all amendments and revisions • Control and distribution of all the company’s quality documentation • Managing Safety team consisting of Safety engineers and inspectors. • Plan and implement the prevention of labor risks defining structures, functions, procedures, documentation and training to provide safe conditions and promote safe behaviors for all employees. • Advise the KG management regarding Safety and Health actions, integrate and implement the Prevention Plan throughout the organization, in compliance with the appropriate legislation. • Monitor and coordinate the risk evaluation of all works, work groups and processes of installation and maintenance in the KG. • Establish procedures to create Safety and Health plans and/or studies of the New Installations / Existing Installations processes. • Analyze Safety and Health statistics and propose improvement actions to KG management. • Implement all Safety initiatives as required from Schindler Corp. Health and Safety • Conduct Health and Safety audit according to ISO 9001, 45001 & ISO 14001 requirements.

EHS SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:• Acting as owner representative regarding health and safety issues. • Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues. • Attend pre-job, planning meetings as required on HSE related matters. • Ensure training, toolbox meetings, and drills are implemented • Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the EHS Lead • Reviewing and approving risk assessments submitted by contractor • Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees • Inform the project management team and supervision of any new or conflictive matters regarding EHS that could impact the project. • Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed. • Managing contractors EHS performance on site • Revise work permits daily • Ensuring that contractors working on site are following the agreed procedures for different activities: • Confined Space, Lifting, Working at Height, etc. • Inspect equipment on site • Inspect lifting gears and revising lifting plans • Liaison with ThyssenKrupp (the consultant) all safety related activities on site.
