• Job Details:Managing Doorstep Delivery to maximize efficiency in delivery times for customers. Deliver and install large home appliance at the same visit across Egypt. Benchmarking for best practices in the local and regional landscape Ensure essential equipment and fleet availability and maintain a good working order. Fulfill customer orders through planning and coordinating delivery activities. Develop a hassle-free delivery and return experience for all our customers. Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues promptly. Develop short and mid-term capacity planning for in-house and outsourced fleet and input to the annual budget. Achieve Doorstep delivery operational KPIs. Develop SOPs and training material for Delivery agents and monitor compliance.
