Equipment’s which will be needed for proceeding along the project time. • Observing and studding the coast of the proceeding schedule for the project. • Suggesting the suitable manners of executing. • Submitting of current reports & sharing in invoices documents. • Coordinates and supervises all construction activities. • Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to Original plans and specifications. • Maintains construction schedule, identifies and solves problems. • Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the Process. • Understands the project plans, specifications and the Epson • Communities / Apple Tree, LLC Systems. • Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employee .
