• Job Details:Preparing interim payment application to client with supporting approved drawings & measurement sheets and agreeing on valuations with the consulting engineer. Preparing the BOQ from quantity takeoff for the variations, change orders as per the latest scope of works. Performs precise quantity takeoff using advanced tools AutoCAD, Revit, PlanSwift, Navisworks & MS Excel. Managing sub-contractors and suppliers in terms of monthly payment certification, variations, claims, and final accounts and maintaining sub-contractor’s logs. Preparing required tender documents BOQ, subcontract drafts, SOW and item descriptions for various subcontractors on project. Attend regular site meetings, project meetings & commercial meetings with internal and external to discuss variations, technical, procurement, and monthly valuations. Preparing contractual correspondence for employer, engineer, sub-contractor, and interface coordination, issuing notices in a timely for variations, claims, and any other circumstances requiring notices under the contract. Review and process change orders in alignment with contractual provisions and assess the impact of change orders on project schedules, costs, and deliverables. Identify, document, and evaluate potential claims arising from contractual issues, scope changes, or delays and prepare well-structured claim packages, including supporting documentation and cost estimates. Effectively analyzed and implemented a solution to reduce concrete wastage, achieving a 30% reduction in overall waste.

Civil QS Engineer

• Job Details:Successfully prepared bill of quantities for several projects stating the entire scope of works to be quoted by subcontractors. Successfully managed various projects on time as per the specifications of tender under the supervision of project management certified professionals. Coordination between different contractors and agencies to maintain the lead of project. Verification & certification of bills as per POMI for various contractors involved in projects. Better understanding of construction materials & its specifications.

Civil QS Engineer

• Job Details:Carried out quantity takeoff different items for tendering of projects. Ensuring uninterrupted progress, continuity and seamless integration of job to achieve targeted overall schedule and quality of work. Ensuring the cost and quality of material to be used as per standards schedule of rates. Verification & certification of bills as per POMI for various contractors involved in projects.
