Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding international service coverage, network compatibility, and service availability in specific countries or regions. Offer personalized recommendations and advice to customers planning international travel, including suggestions for mobile plans, data packages, and travel-related services. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines governing telecommunications and data protection in different countries and regions. Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer service, technical support, and sales, to resolve complex international service issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
