• Job Details:Responsible for establishing and implementing operational plans for the stores to achieve the company's objectives. Manages order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping/receiving operations. Conducts periodic inventory of warehouse contents. Trains personnel in warehouse management and transfers expertise to them. Develops and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse management. Defines the functional requirements of warehouse management systems. Manages the human resources working in warehouses. Prepares, analyzes, and monitors the logistics, warehouse, and actual expenditure budget. Prepares plans to change the capacity of the warehouse and equipment for the transfer and delivery of materials. Oversees the organization of storage units, shelving, and safety of stocks according to storage instructions. Suggests improvement, remedial, and preventive measures that will improve the performance of the work under his administration. Oversees the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment. Produces regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Keeps stock control systems up to date and plans future capacity requirements. Executes all tasks assigned by the Executive Director within the scope of the warehouse management work. Submits a weekly report to the Executive Director to indicate what has been achieved and what has been postponed with a reason.
