• Job Details:Senior Mechanical Engineer (Facility Manager) Review, design and calculating loads of the Medical gas system, HVAC system, plumping, water supply, and firefighting to meet the standards and codes. - Maintenance, Replacement, and renovation of HVAC Chiller piping system, plumping system, water supply system, and firefighting, follow up the Boiler maintenance, Washing machines, dryers, ironing machines. • Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc. ) with customers to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions. • Monitoring project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution • Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design. • Prepare periodic reports for management including the status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities & safety records. • Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, and Contract Drawings & BOQ.

• Job Details:Uses precision testing equipment to perform preventive maintenance activities such as vibration checks, temperature checks, Performs servicing, testing, inspections and repairs on a variety of equipment including HVAC components, electrical equipment, air compressors, cooling towers, hot and cold loops, boilers and chillers, by using PM checklists, machine checks Ensures operation of machinery and equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions. Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance. Ensures the greasing and lubrication programs are selected, followed up and completed. Checking availability of the equipment’s spare parts before performing tasks from Preventive Maintenance tasks Provides mechanical and electrical maintenance information by answering questions and requests. Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities.
