• Job Details:Repaired UNHCR, NGOs under UNHCR including police vehicles. Inspected and diagnosed agency vehicles using diagnostic tools and software. Carried out scheduled service and maintenance as required. Updated vehicle service records and replaced spare parts. Performed high-quality repairs on engines, transmissions, braking systems and suspensions. Took the repaired vehicle to road test to check repaired complaints. Assisted with office work like receiving vehicles from customers, opening job cards, assigning vehicles to technicians and writing the report of the work done on daily basis. • Job Details:Assisted as workshop foreman. Assigned job cards to technicians and inspected customers’ vehicles after repair. Repaired customer vehicles and made decisions on how to replace the spare parts.

Workshop Supervisor

• Job Details:Assigned and supervised transmission repair work. Created vehicles spare parts lists and special tools PRs. Guided technicians with decisions concerning repair and replacement of spare parts. Assisted technicians and guided them on how to diagnose engines, transmissions and repair using diagnosis softwares, carried out overhaul of manual and automatic ZF, Voith, Allison and Eaton transmissions including ZF differentials and axles. Was in-charge of all diagnosis softwares update and renewal every year. Coordinated with vehicle OEM for warranty spare parts and repair claims.
