• Job Details:• Act as primary contact person for international clients and follow-up with them through e-mails. • Arrange and monitor all kinds of Export shipping process. • Following up on daily tracking sheets for all operations process, relevant deadlines and escalate any issues that might delay the delivery process. • Responsible for Business Development started from logistics section bath through all departments. • International Branding development through all online business networks . • Creating company profile, proposals for all products, new identity and promotional videos and designs. • Developing sales targets and strategies, and then overseeing that these targets are met. • Activating Accounts, Analysis and design collaboration agreements with International Entities, Agricultural Associations and Private companies for Research and Development that serve our target. • Opening up new export markets and Maintain a Proper database for all potential customers. • Negotiate, comparison and monitor all operation sections (ocean freight, shipping rates, bags cost, stuffing…etc. -And services to reduce operation costs and increase profitably accordingly. • Communicate shipping agents, truckers and working sight to optimize the logistics process. • Monitoring bulk vessel contracts preparation by operation team. • Confirming / amending L.C drafts. • Being the contact person with bulk vessels owners, brokers, charterer and agents. • Lay Time Calculation consultant for bulk vessel. • Assigning and nominating inspection companies at load and discharge port.

Export LogisticsFull Time

• Job Details:• Issuing the Job Orders for each Booking. • Preparing the Monthly Shipment Plan with coordination with Commercial team. • coordinating with finances for Banks Letters, Customs, and issuing final invoices. • Ensure nominating Agent. • Selecting the best air, sea and land freight agents with the best freight. • Follow-up e-mails with the customers, shipping line and agents. • Handling LC. • Calculate LTC. • Issuing Credit/ Debit notes. • Coordination and following up Site Operations for Job Orders. • Tracking sheets for shipments and site.

Customer service & Deputy store managerFull Time

• Job Details:• Helping customers to resolve the problems that they faced it • responsible for after sale team and there technical and administrative duets • Responsible for store warehouse and receiving devices and spare parts also count the warehouse items on monthly basis. • Monitoring income revenues and store safe to determine surplus or deficit in cash and supervise cash transaction and deposits in company bank account. • Responsible for handling escalated customer complaints.
