- Job Details:• Communicate Human Resource (HR) policies to business managers and employees • establish a proper flow of information at all levels of the organization • Identify effective workforce needs to serve the regions business objectives • Supervising and complete all hiring and termination internal procedures of employee (hiring contract, complete hire/ promotion form, pre-employment medical check, hiring documents any termination related internal documentation; signed resignation, social insurance) • Implement salary policy ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness • Ensure effective labor relations by implementing a strategy to grow the business without unreasonable constraints • Facilitate a positive, productive and safe work environment at all levels in the organization • Prepare monthly payroll effects (overtime, vacations, penalties, etc.) through coordination with all departments in the organization. • Control all types of vacations and ensure compliance with labor law (annual, sick, casual and maternity leaves) and produce required reports • Implement and maintain compensation and benefits policies and practices that ensure that employees are fairly and competitively remunerated in line with their contribution and that the company is able to attract and retain high caliber employees. • Develop and ensure the implementation of corporate training and development strategies and plans that will ensure that employees across the business have the necessary technical and behavioral skills to perform to the required standards, both now and in the future. • Interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. • Responsible for the promotion, development, management and control of all staff. • Managing regular staff appraisals and reviews and making sure staff have opportunities for ongoing development. • Responsible for organizing events e.g. tradeshows and seminars • Creating a congenial and healthy environment for employees or workers to function effectively • To bring about organizational and human resource development through training, development programs or even managerial succession planning • Consulting with other managers to identify training needs. • Drawing up an overall training plan. • Managing a training budget. • Producing materials for in-house training. • Working with training providers to develop suitable course content. • Evaluating the success of both individual training and the overall program • Selection and placement of right number of people and ensuring proper allocation of duties and responsibilities upon them. • Creating better inter-personal relations, developing a sense of responsibility and responsiveness amongst workers and employees. • Boosting the morale and sense of initiative amongst employees. • Adopting best techniques or conceivable methods to bring best possible development of workers on work. • Cooperation between labor and capital as well as labor and labor.
