Associate Chief Architect

• Job Details:Meet clients to discuss their requirements and ideas and provide recommendations. Experience of making presentations and attending meetings with clients essential. Invent interior design concept. Design detailed drawings (shop drawings). Assist in design development by utilizing specifications, sketches & 3D, and ideas on developing designs and ensures that the designs are complying with the interior design brief and the preset budgets. Review specifications, cost estimates, project timeline, and construction material recommendations. Coordinate drawings and follow up related consultations. Develop technical specifications for construction projects. Specify equipment, materials, and supplies required for the completion and implementation of the projects. Build and maintain client relationships. Stay informed about industry knowledge and awareness of trends & techniques.

Senior Interior Designer - Architect and Project Manager

• Job Details:Work with clients to discuss their needs and requirements and to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed. Led interior design across conceptual, schematic, design, development and construction document phases. Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to further understand how the project should be functioning and presenting. Preparing the project mood board, sketches, 3D interior shots & perspectives with post production & visualization. Determine costs and schedules timelines and other elements associated with execution of the project. Presenting all materials and FF&E selections list with technical specifications. Supervise the site’s work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance. Ensure client satisfaction on the completion of the project and resolve any complaints or concerns. Applying a sense of style to create aesthetically pleasing and comfortable interior environment.
