- Job Details:Below is a Brief to my duties: Logistics and Business Coordination: 1. Orders agreement with suppliers abroad who are mostly from Europe, USA, South America and Far East countries. 2. Handling all importation operations starting from shipping and contacting shipping lines (reaching the best price offers ), labeling, shipping documents revision, until arriving the goods in our warehouses in a shorter time with low cost. 3. Contacting clients in the local market 4. Handling local manufacturing procedures as the company have its plant for manufacturing feed additives and pharmaceutical products. 5. Supply chain and logistics duties 6. Handling objections and company claims (credit notes and/or debit notes) 7. Handling the shipping orders with our branch companies in KSA and UAE Administration duties: 1. Coordination with our finance department for transactions and sending swifts of orders 2. Assist my team and liaise with many departments of the company (logistics, regulatory, sales, marketing, manufacturing, finance) 3. Courier service operations: Arrange receipt and dispatch of mails and parcels and handling any samples needed to. 4. Preparing purchase orders 5. Reading all agreement documents between us and suppliers 6. Assist in translation of some important documents only 7. Make sure and daily update about the company’s data is stored on Google drive 8. Prepare invitation letters embassies for our suppliers and or clients so they can submit for visas. Regulatory affairs: 1. Responsible for preparing the registration dossier for submission at authorities in the MOH, MOA and national food safety authority. 2. Guiding my technical team 3. Aware of the suitable compositions and specifications of products for quick registration by our authorities. 4. Handling import approvals of imported orders with the authorities. 5. Supervision on all technical data (labels, brochures, DS) 6. Explaining to clients the technical data of products. 7. Handling registration dossier with our company branch in KSA CEO back office: 1. Submitting daily and weekly reports 2. Preparing important meeting points 3. Attending meetings with important suppliers 4. Travelling abroad and meeting suppliers for business coordination

- Job Details:- Supervision and handling products which are under registration in Both Ministry of Agriculture and Health by supervision on my registration team and make sure to obtain the correct documents for submission besides contacting the authorities in critical situations, also guiding and give scientific information and other information which is related to the country's regulatory authorities in both registration and logistics to receive the suitable final certificate for both importation and exportation operations. - EDA: customize files for submission, tracking variation file until approval, labeling and managing the process of issuance of annual / complementary Importation plans and attending inspection visits for analysis. - MOA: managing the issuance of import permit, tracking the withdraw samples until final approval of shipments. - NFSA: customize the registration dossier for submission, and make sure to obtain import permit for orders at time. - CEO and company coordinator. - Mentor or train other junior team members in their day-to-day activities - Maintain good relationship with junior stakeholders and team lead at Egyptian Drug Authority and Ministry of Agriculture. - Connection with suppliers in the registration and importation processes as the company’s agents are: Chr.Hansen, Vilofoss, CJ amino acids, Biochem, Doxal, Evonik, Nutrex, BASF. - Commercial marketing: Handling and agreements ( as I’m the main contact person) of orders related to food importation as whey and milk products from Europe, Turkey and the USA. - Website setting up of IPC is one of my achievements by supervision with the web technician. - Contact manufacturers & suppliers abroad for registering their products and importation of raw materials. - Complete acknowledgement of importation procedures related to both ministry of health and agriculture with the new ACI system in Egypt. - Attending meetings with suppliers locally, abroad and by video conferencing applications - Orders coordination and following all important procedures and documentation until reaching goods the warehouse. - Handling all important phone calls with our suppliers abroad and our clients locally. - Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to negotiate appropriately. - Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. - Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships. - Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate with all departments of the company. - Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance. - Preparing all important meeting points to the CEO when meeting suppliers. - Always updated with needed products in the market to be sure that our company is on top of all. - Logistics and supply chain duties by handling shipments from supplier's country until reaching our warehouses without obstacles. - Coordinating all commercial and shipping activities. - Handling the company claims from demurrage or any reasons. - I'm one of the important contact persons of the company.
