• Job Details:• Identification of Requirement with the checking of inventory to avoid duplicated items ordering and making sure of warehousing availability after goods receiving. • Making sure of the availability of Inventory legalized contract together with license to release shipments under restrictions to avoid demurrage. • For SKD components, the presence of valid Industrial record certificate is a must to release without customs. • The SKD format should be agreed by QC department according to the product assembly know how • For first time products ordering firstly sample to be approved by QC • Authorization of Purchase Request • Approval of Purchase Request • Procurement • Identification of Suppliers according to vendors approved list • Inquiries Receipt of the Quotation • Negotiation of cost of goods , delivery time , payment terms and Warranty • Selection of the Vendor • Vendor to send Perform Invoice in case of requesting down payment. • Purchase Order Acknowledgement • Shipping according to customer delivery time request ( Local or courier or air freight or Sea LCL or Sea FCL ) • Considering consolidating shipments to achieve cost saving. • Receiving Shipment documents bank to bank • For All materials with Euro1 certificate no need for embassy legalization which save both cost and time. • Shipments documents drafts review in advance to avoid delays and demurrage in customs. • Goods Receipt • Goods checking for any defects or shortage to claim the supplier within 2 weeks after receiving. • Invoice Recording • Payment to Supplier. • Following and arranging the customer delivery (FIFO) and invoicing until revenue recognition. • Issuing revenue forecast according to handed over projects. • Supporting collection team with hand over each project payment terms with payments due dates. • Handling and arranging with customer and installation technical team the commissioning, startup and Tests of supplied systems. • Warranty activation with supplier after startup service completion.
