• Job Details:Work very close with commercial team in Organization's Proposals as a respond to client RFPs. Responsible for providing budgetary figures, technical scope, solution design for received RFPs and Proposals. Make requirements gathering sessions with clients when needed. Communicate with internal and external customers across the whole SDLC as well as in requisition phase. Participate in writing project business and technical scopes. Supervise one or more running projects to track and monitor projects deliverable are satisfying client’s needs. Part of organization’s SMEs which implement company solution offering as well as internal systems. In addition to all of the above I also responsible for all of the below.

Tech Lead Level 2 Full Time

• Job Details:Validate business requirements and stories completion either with client, business owner or BA. Provide necessary business information sessions and walk-through with development and quality teams. Define BWS (work breakdown structure) according to the received business requirements. Provide estimates /system design and solution architecture according to received business requirement. Make a gap analysis between RFP, proposal and Requirements in order to resolve conflicts at early stage of the project. Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development PROCESS, DESIGN standards, techniques and tools to support task performance. Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary Initiate sub­groups or SUB TEAMS as appropriate to resolve issues and perform tasks in parallel Ensure deliverable are prepared to satisfy the project requirements, cost and schedule Help keep the team focused and on track Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives Motivate and inspire team MEMBERS COACH and help develop team members Encourage creativity, RISK-TAKING, and constant improvement Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance In addition to all of the above I also responsible for all of the below.
