• Job Details:• Pre-Commissioning tests for Engines and Start up engines with supervision from Jenbacher technical team. • Prepare punch list and forward it to Jenbacher then Start to Solve mentioned issues. • Adjustment and configuration of protection Relays REF615 & RET620 to Enable us to parallel Connection with grid. • Supervising Maintenance team on their daily and Monthly Activities • Execute the plant maintenance program with other departments to base on best practices in planning schedule Implement programs and procedures required for preventive and predictive maintenance to Maximize UP Time& Reduce Down time. • Troubleshooting activity to resolve complex problems and issues related to All assets • Study and failure investigations to find RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for issues related to Electrical, Instrumentation assets &Record root cause failure analysis in failure report summery. • Apply RCM Study for Critical Assets. • Lead and develop the Electrical& Instrumentation assets maintenance strategy. • Design suitable KPIs to Maintenance Operation and Team Members Evaluation • ▪ Monitor the inventories of spare parts, maintenance consumable, and reordering it. • Support Operation team to keep plant working in a standard operation conditions in a safe & Reliable way. • Listed Hidden Failures and develop periodic actions to check their function. • Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures • Developed and implemented a maintenance schedule to ensure regular servicing and maintenance of all Planet Assets • Developed and implemented a preventive maintenance program to extend the life of Assets and optimize maintenance costs & improved inventory management • Conducted routine maintenance checks and inspections of critical assets and components, resulting in a 99% decrease in failure rates • Developed and implemented predictive & preventive maintenance plans that reduced unscheduled maintenance by 80%

Senior Instrumentation EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Execute the plant maintenance program with other departments to base on best practices in planning schedule ▪ Design suitable KPIs to Maintenance Operation and Team Members Evaluation ▪ Operation, Maintenance, Top Overhaul and Complete Overhaul for Wartsila & Caterpillar Gas Engines ▪ Implement programs and procedures required for preventive and predictive maintenance. Coordinate with other departments to execute the maintenance activities at the time ▪ Adjustment and configuration of protection Relays vamp & Sepam (series 20, 40 ,80). ▪ LV switch boards, Motor control and auxiliary units’ panel ▪ Lead or participate in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) study and failure investigations related to instrumentation assets. ▪ DC system (Battery & charger), frequency converter and UPS

Instrumentation EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Instrumentation and Control Engineer Experience in: Siemens PLCs (S7-200 & S7-300 & S7-400) Siemens HMI system (WINCC 7) Dealing with P&ID Design of Classic Control Circuits. Dealing with a lot of measuring instrumentation such as : Temperature Transmitter , Flow transmitter, Level Transmitter , Pressure Transmitter , Load Cell, Analyzers ( PH & ORP) Dealing with a lot of switches (Temperature switch , Level switch , Pressure switch , Proximity switch ,Flow Switch) Experience in the Control of Utilities such as : Chillers and Air Compressors and Nitrogen Generators and Fire tube Boiler and Air Dryers Troubleshooting and designing in SIMATIC S7 and TIA portal and Designing PLC programming in (LAD-FBD- STL) languages
