• Job Details:CURRENT ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES Onward eServices Limited – 10th Jan 2017 to till date Create Daily Checklist SuSE Linux Servers and Shared with Project Manager. Create Daily Checklist of Netapp and Hitachi Storage DC (Data Center) & DR (Disaster recovery) Shared with Project Manager. Create Daily Checklist or Report generate of Backup tool Commvault Simpana for all Servers like SAP and Non SAP system (ECC, CRM, BW, GRC, EP, PO, SRM, SRMP, TREX, CS, EMAIL, EMS Server, GIS, DMS, AD, SMS, SSO, SSPR). Monitor storage (Volume) replication from DC (Data Center) to DR (Disaster recovery). Perform DC to DR Drill and DR to DC drill every quarterly. DR drill at DR Netapp Storage broken off relation of volume which is coming from DC (Data Center). After broken off volume relationship LUNs map in Initiator group at DR Netapp storage as per zoning. DR drill - Making up all system like (ECC, CRM, BW, GRC, EP, PO, SRM, SRMP, EMAIL and EMS Server). Installing & Managing of SuSE Linux, Red Hat Linux and Windows servers Physical and virtual VM. For Installation & Configuration of SuSE Linux, Red Hat Linux and Windows servers using SAN storage space for High availability and better performance of SAP and Non SAP system like (ECC, CRM, BW, GRC, EP, PO, SRM, SRMP, EMAIL and EMS Servers). Configuring RAID 0 and RAID 5 for Physical server’s installation. Installation and managing HA Cluster (SAP HANA) for SAP module configured, stop, start, maintenance mode cluster, add, remove and start, stop resource, edit crm configuration file. Installation and managing standalone cluster at DR side. Installation and Configuration-RPM Package, Yum, Zypper, and Patch update on servers. Create LUN on Netapp storage and rescan in servers and format in to OCFS2 file system. Rescan LUN in physical server and configured multipath in SuSE Linux server or Windows server. Creating Simple, Swap & LVM Partition and format in to ext3, ext4, ocfs2. Increase File system of Linux using virtual disk which is coming from SAN space. Installation and Configuration the NFS Server for Non SAP and SAP system (ECC, CRM, BW, GRC, EP, PO, SRM, SRMP EMAIL and EMS Server). Installing and Managing of NTP client on SAP and Non SAP system. Password reset using single user mode. Installation and Configuration the Telnet servers. Installing and Managing the FTP server. Installation and Configuration the VNC servers. Trouble shoots OS related issue via Linux rescue mode. Backup and restoration tasks for SAP, Zimbra email Server, File System, Physical server and VM. Storage and replication SAN Technologies:- iSCSI, FCP, Exports, Lun mappings, create LUN, Volume, Aggregate, LUN Array, SVMs, Cluster, Snapmirrored, Protect, sync, reverse sync, resize LUN and Disk. Creation/deletion/modification of user account, group, directory in Linux and Windows server. Managing permission of user account, group and directory in Linux. Creation/deletion/modification of Zimbra email account. Creation/deletion/modification of DL Creation/deletion/modification of VPN account. Creation/deletion/modification of folders and permissions in Windows Server. Modification of email account of users like quota, password reset through Zimbra Administrator console. Ticket raise and Close (Incident, Service request, Change request, Problem management, Vendor Calls) through IBM Tivoli ITSM tool. Monitor all servers and storage through IBM Tivoli ITNM tool. Research and Troubleshoot technical issues reported by service Desk. Escalation of calls to different support teams. Reviewing monthly MIS with program manager and client. Coordinate with Hardware vendor like Cisco and Netapp, Hitachi for Hardware related issue Worked on Cisco hardware model such as UCSC-C460-M4, UCSC-C240-M3S, etc. Good experience on deployment of CISCO/INTEL UCS C240-M3, C460-M4 model. Change faulty RAID Battery of servers like UCS C240-M3, C460-M4 model etc. Patches and firmware installation & up gradation of Linux OS and Windows server.

• Job Details: • Create Daily Checklist SUSE Linux & Windows Server and Share with Project Manager. • Installation & Configuration- SUSE Linux and Red Hat Linux Server & Microsoft Windows Server. • Installation & Configuration- Apache Server, FTP, VNC, Samba Server, NFS Server, NTP. • Installation & Configuration- KVM, RPM, Yum, Zypper, HA Cluster. • Creating Simple, Swap & LVM Partition, and Increase File system. • Backup restoration tasks SAP for MySQL DB, SQL DB, Zimbra Mail Server, File System, and VM. • Creation/deletion/modification of User account, group, mailbox, folders and permissions, disk quota. • Network Configuration & Troubleshooting (IP addressing). • Monitoring of Data Center Servers through HP Business Service Management (HPBSM) tool. • Monitoring of Data Center Network through HP Network Node Management (HPNNM) tool. • Supporting Service Desk to resolved problems or answer to inquiries within accepted time frames. • Ticket raise & Close (Incident, Service request, Change request, Problem, Vendor Calls) through HP Service Manager (HPSM) tool. • Provide direct technical support to customer related to Datacenter, Network and Servers. • Research and Troubleshoot technical issues reported by service Desk. • Escalation of calls to different support teams. • To co-ordinate with the appropriate teams for call resolution. • Attending to phone calls and giving appropriate answers to users. • Reviewing monthly MIS with program manager and client.
