Officer (Cement Analyst)

• Job Details:Overall responsible for quality of input materials, intermediate and finished product. Responsible for maintaining quality of all incoming raw material and adequate stock, quantity of raw materials required for plant operation as per production plan. Responsible for maintaining inventory of chemicals/glassware and other consumables required for smooth laboratory functioning. Ensure the quality of product shall meet the required quality parameters and norms as per BIS specifications and internal quality norms. To ensure the sampling at every stage of operation is done correctly and tested as per procedure and timely corrective action are taken on the basis of test results. Responsible for maintaining all quality and test reports. Responsible for the safety of man and machineries at workplace. Responsible for laboratory test equipment maintenance and calibration. To carry out timely testing of limestone and additive samples as planned for all green and brown field projects and operating plants. To carry out wet chemical analysis of market cement samples.

Officer - QC

• Job Details:Prepare production reports in PP module in SAP & related MIS data. Maintain all BIS register and NABL sheets. Control shift operation in QCX blend expert. Preparation of raw mix design for controlling SM & LSF in raw mill. Check Blain, loss, whiteness, free lime of white cement & clinker in shift. Ensure proper sampling & preparation for testing in XRF. Primary knowledge of XRF for sample testing only. Check moisture of incoming raw materials & fuel testing.
