• Job Details:1- Managing 42 IT members in both EGYPT and KSA to all Andalusia Group Hospitals. 2- Prepare a report in the Weekly Operation Meeting to present all project status and the ROI of new projects. 3- Ensure that applications meet business requirements and systems Objectives, and milestones, to fulfill end-user requirements and identify and resolve systems issues. 4-Review and analyze existing applications’ effectiveness and efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems. 05- Consult senior-level stakeholders across the entire organization to identify business and technology needs and optimize the use of information technology. 06- Manage integration of solution(s) into enterprise technical architecture and business environment. 07- Implement solutions to enhance the availability, performance, and capacity of infrastructures such as server (physical and virtual), storage, backup, networking, end-user compute and IP telephony system, nurse call system, patient infotainment system, etc. 08- Follow up with the SOC team on the update of data security and the threats, attacks that could happen, and the status of the incidence response plan. 09- Monitor the volume of tickets through the ServiceDesk to know what is the root cause of the issues and the corrective action for that issues with preventive action according to Andalusia SLA. 10- Responsible for CRM projects in 5 Defrrient Business units, including project planning, resource allocation, budget, steering committee leadership, and team organizational structure management. 11- Creating and reviewing the IT governance strategy (IT Strategy, Policies, and procedure) and giving the best practice of ITSM. 12- Manage Call Center operations whether inbound or outbound with CMS (inbound System) that is integrated with Zapir and CRM. 13- Starting using the Uipath RPA tool for all projects related to Andalusia's new Hospital in Jaddah according to the Board approach starting with Transfer for the insurance processes module (Claims and Approval ) with Robotics process automation tools with ROI and cost reduction accordingly. 14- Work under the supervision of cyber security leadership within the Technology Consulting practice. 15- Manage the development of cyber security programs in different domains, including strategy, GRC, architecture, identity and access management, and cyber security solutions based on leading practices such as NIST, CIS, ISO27, and COBIT. 16- Manage the design of target technical security architecture for clients with a deep understanding and analysis of emerging cyber security solutions including, but not limited to, threat intelligence, Anti-advanced persistent threats, DLP, SIEM, next-generation firewalls, analytics, enterprise incident response.
