Presenting complex data in a visually appealing and understandable manner using visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau. Assist in decision making by providing insights and recommendations. Participated in the launch of CIOT team in Vodafone giving clear and concise information about how the monitoring system should look like and what benefits it will provide. Analysed SL & AHT proactively to help ops to make decisions at the moment.
