Quality Control Civil EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Follow up Al Amal Bridge Project. - Prepare Project Quality Plan. - Prepare Inspection Test Plan. - Review All Technical Submittals and Method Statements. - Monitor and control all processes within the project. - Conduct First party audit and second-party audit. - Carry out inspections for fresh concrete of slump, temperature, and flowability test on site. - Testing hardened concrete in site 3rd party laboratory for compressive strength and durability. - Review results of all daily routine inspections on the site and identify opportunities for improvement. - Make inspection for delivered material to site and prepare required submittal to the consultant. - Carry out QC tasks as required ensuring that the QC function performs effectively. - Leading Quality team on-site for inspection of all Structural and Civil Inspections. - Conducting internal Audits on Project Departments according to the Audit Schedule. - Attending internal Quality/Coordination Meetings. - Attending Consultant Quality meetings. - Receiving stages of product production and modifying them before pouring. - Follow up on the progress of execution as planned. - Prepare NCR (Non-Conformance Report). - Close NCR (Non-Conformance Report) coming from the consultant. - Follow up with the consultant.
