• Job Details:1) Lead the performance of technical center team for Walk-in and In-home repairs. 2) Achieve related services sales (out of warranty) targets. 3) Ensure the implementation of Services processes in his locations. 4) Monitor the KPIs for his Region, analyze the gaps and take actions to bridge them. 5) To ensure that the technicians are handling the repairs of defective items in compliance with the repair targeted time. 6) Receive escalations; initiate necessary actions, follow-up the status of each case and finally close them with relevant decisions. 7) Ensure the adherence to the complete repair cycle which should lead to the targeted result. 8) Master the distribution of repairs flow among the technicians on category basis. 9) Prevent the accumulations of the company damaged items. 10) Archiving the different type of support models for all products. 11) Ensure the implementation & deployment of the support models (imports + local). 12) Ensure that Service Level Agreements are fully implemented and to maintain positive and fruitful relationships with all service centers of local vendors. 13) Run periodical inventory for items inside the technical center (for both customers and extra) 14) Maintain open channels with sales team, receive & analyze customer’s complaints and come-up with relevant solutions. 15) Ensure technical readiness (in coordination with Technical Manager) before the launch of new service. 16) Control & track spare parts requests in coordination with spare parts coordinator. 17) Issue (in coordination with spare parts coordinator & Services teams) the required spare parts lists of import products to be ordered. 18) Control the Services spending in his region; assure the adherence to the services expenses budget. 19) Prepare required periodical reports to be presented to the management.
